The Plan...

My group conssist of me, Andee, Larsen and Daniel. Our idea is to conserv water by doing dumerous this to do it. Each one of us are going to be in charge of a certan way of conserving like puting bricks in toilets, and using raid water as water for the toilet. The person would have to find out how much it would cost, where to get it and other information about it. We havent established yet who is incharge of which conservation technique, but it will be done the next class.

Green bricks come to school.

I was exited that day when green bricks came to our school. I was all for stoping global warming so i wanted to find out more about it. There were two presenters, Fiona and Diana. They started with a Youtube video of a music video that showed the different ways to help the environment. After the video finished Fiona and Diana asked us questions about the video and whoever answered correctly would get a chip (not a real chip, it was yellow with a number on it that would go to a raffle at the end of the presentation). Then we went threw a group exercise that made us think what would we do to a home, school or a building to make it "green". after we presented our idea, we did a 2 person project. It inculded using a solar panel, wood, screws, a plank of plastic and a rubber band. with these items we were to make a "solar powered car". my partner was Thomas, it was hard at first but with our smart brains we made it threw. We took kindda long and sadly wasent aible to get to the race with the other cars. At the end, insted of giving the people who got a ticket everybody got a ticket. There were 3 winners, one of which were me. We got $10 discount cards to different stores, i got a Vallue Village gift card which i used that friday.
